We have both also earned the e-PRO designation, and our comfort level with the Internet and e-mail makes it very easy to keep in touch and keep you informed about new listings. Very often, by the time buyers see an advertisement for a home in print or online, it already has a contract on it. We will set up a free account for you on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) with searches that will run twice a day and send you any new or changed listings that meet your criteria. This way you will have access to the most up to date information available directly from the MLS. This interactive system also allows you to mark your interest levels and add comments to each listing.

Once you find the right home, we will provide you with a market analysis, help you arrive at a price, and guide you through the negotiating process and all the steps leading up to and including the closing. The same interactive system we use to send you listings will also be used to manage the transaction. With this system, all parties to the transaction can share documents, messages, and updates all in one place.
