I have been a Realtor since 1984 and my daughter Pia joined me as a Realtor in 2001, so do put our combined experience and expertise to work for you. We will be there every step of the way coordinating everything and will also be able to guide you through the mortgage process so that you will not be overburdened.
Our comfort level with the Internet and e-mail makes it very easy to keep in touch and keep you informed about new listings. We check for available homes several times a day will e-mail listing to you as soon as they are on the market. Very often, by the time buyers see an advertisement for a home, it already has a contract on it. Since we will be checking everyday for you, you will not miss a home that may be exactly what you want.
