Our team offers an unbeatable combination of experience, expertise, and availability. Parvin is a CRP and we both have extensive experience working with relocation companies and transferees. We have also both earned the e-Pro designation and are proficient at using on-line tools to facilitate communication and transactions. We understand the time constraints that transferees are often under and work to help them make the most of the time they do have available.

We are experienced with assigned sales and have listed properties both before and after a buyout takes place. For vacant properties, our experience includes:

• Arranging for repairs, maintenance, and utilities.
• Paying utility and other incidental costs and being reimbursed later
• Routine inspection of properties
• Status reports and updates as needed

We have both worked extensively with relocating buyers and have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. We are adept at familiarizing transferees with the area and helping them find a home they will love. We understand that specific procedures, requirements, and benefits vary. We have the experience and flexibility to meet the particular needs of transferees and client companies.
